Dear Dr. Tim - I'm writing to thank you for what you have done for me. Because of your support, I was able to face my fear and have found courage once again. Your gentle and affable style, coupled with your expertise in dentistry has proven to be one of the best experiences in my life. Then there is Elizabeth. I find it difficult to describe Elizabeth, other than to say that she is a wonderful woman who understands complex people like me, and makes everything all better. I think if there were an Elizabeth Pitman Fan Club, I would be her biggest fan.
